We have a range of fabrics to suit different swimming/bathing/swanning-around purposes.
Recycled Polyester fabric is perfect for the pools! Especially perfect if you swim often. This fabric will last for years even when swimming a couple of times a week. It is chlorine-resistant, maintains its shape and colour over time, dries quickly and provides UPF 50+ UV protection. Made from shredded and melted plastic bottles which are processed into fibres to create the fabric.
Recycled Nylon fabric is also great for pool swimming, it won’t last as long as the polyester when swimming in chlorine often but it is more comfortable worn in the ocean, it’s nicer next to your skin when sand gets in! It is soft and chlorine-resistant, breathable and 50+ UV protective. Made of regenerated yarn derived from waste like fishing nets, carpets, and fabric scraps.
Printed Polyester/Lycra fabric is soft and durable, chlorine resistant and UPF protective. It is digitally printed with eco friendly water based inks. The prints are designed by independent artists who receive a 10% royalty when we order their design.
Scuba fabric is thick, warm, soft and supportive with an ultra flat finish. Great for ocean swimming, a bit like neoprene but softer and more flexible.
Stretch Merino fabric is our ocean swimming alternative. It holds its shape, dries quickly and best of all - keeps plastic particles out of the sea. Currently available in black and navy.
For extra warmth consider the Scuba fabric lined with merino fabric, a great option for winter ocean swims.
